Tournament Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To confirm and hold your tournament date, a minimum deposit equivalent to two (2) player spots is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

• Tournament bookings are non-cancellable within seven (7) days of the scheduled event date.
• Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the event may be eligible for a credit or refund at management discretion.

Weather Policy

• In the event that the tournament is cancelled by management due to unsafe or unplayable weather conditions, the tournament will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon alternate date.
• Deposits and payments will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
